Photo submissions are reviewed manually. Please allow up to three business days to process. All notifications will be sent to the cardholders University of Cincinnati email account. You will be notified by email to inform you if your photo has been accepted or declined. If your photo does not meet our requirements, the reason will be noted in the email and you will be asked to submit another photo. Those who submit acceptable photos will be notified when their ID Card is ready for pickup.
